About the Role - This position will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department including Talent Acquisition, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and maintaining and enforcing company policies and practices.Location: Via Filippo Sassetti, 32/2, 20124 Milano MIResponsibilitiesPartner with the management team and under the direction of the supervisor to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with store operations departments to understand skills and competencies required for the openings.Coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs.Coordinate all training programs of store staff and assign own department resources for timely execution of those programs, organizing timely training resources for store staff.Select and supervise Human Resources related suppliers.Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Assist the implementation of company safety and health programs.Maintain company compliance with meeting all government reporting requirements.Follow the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and maintain the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.Maintain knowledge of trends to the management team including but not limited to best practices of other retail brands such as incentive plans, labor hours management, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Perform other duties as assigned.Required SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.PHR/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions with proven experience; Human Resources experience in retail is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: €3,500.00 - €4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 21/03/2025
