We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Business Partner to temporarily join our EMEA and Italian HR teams as a maternity leave replacement starting in July. In this role, based in Italy, you will collaborate closely with business leaders across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, supporting our Sales & After Sales organization and playing a key role in shaping and delivering our people strategy. What You’ll Be Doing As an HR Business Partner, you will: 1) Implementing Group HR Strategy and Policies: Lead the local execution of the Group HR strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits within the Southern Europe region. 2) Supporting Regional Business Operations: Work in close collaboration with business leaders and managers to deploy employment programs and HR processes that align with regional business objectives. Coach and advise leaders and managers on people, organizational, and cultural issues, supporting key business initiatives and addressing day-to-day needs. Provide active support to leaders, managers, and employees to foster people development and drive change management. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, addressing individual and collective topics with expert legal and HR support. Collect and monitor HR data and KPIs for country, region, and group reporting, enabling informed decision-making at all levels. 3) Contributing to Local and Global HR Projects: Participate as an international HRBP in both local and global HR projects, contributing to the enhancement of Management & HR practices at the Group level.
