Our Medical Affairs team in Southern Europe is growing and we are looking for our new
Nordberg Medical Institute Regional Manager – Southern Europe
As the Medical Education Manager for Southern Europe, you will report to the Director Nordberg Medical Academy and play a crucial role in the strategic and operational development of the Nordberg Medical Institute (NMI) education program and the implementation in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France. This program is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals (HCPs), providing them with the scientific and medical support necessary to optimize the use of Nordberg Medical's new innovative product.
You will mostly work on:
* Build and successfully implement the strategic educational event plan per country (coordination and scheduling of the Southern Europe faculty and KOLs).
* Manage local workshops: collaborate closely with local teams and provide relevant materials localized for each country, coordinate contract management with KOLs, speakers, and event providers, considering the current legal situation and codes, and manage budget.
* Localize and implement the international guidelines for local training programs, standardized and comprehensive workshops and educational events aligned with customer needs, define clear success metrics (KPIs), and support data collection of any experience or medical program. Ensure adherence to the event process and compliance with all internal and external relevant regulations.
* Develop and be accountable for strategic Experience Program and in-clinical workshops and trainings in coordination with local Key account managers.
* Support and independently lead in cooperation with the NMI director the management of the NMI local symposia, one-off events, experience phase expert forums, and national events such as congresses and symposia, and support building regional training facilities and educational hubs and Center of excellence.
* Review and revise international training & communication modules and coordinate with internal stakeholders to adapt them to local standards and needs.
This is a highly collaborative role, where you will be a part of a cross-functional local team in Southern Europe, as well as the global Medical Affairs team. As an early member of the Nordberg Medical team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to contribute to our journey as a global leader in regenerative solutions. You will be required to travel to conferences and attend group meetings on a regular basis.
What you bring to this role
* Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical education, healthcare training, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
* In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations in Southern Europe, including contract management with KOLs and speakers. Experience in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations related to medical education and event management.
* Proven experience in managing and coordinating educational programs and events for healthcare professionals (HCPs) at a regional or international level.
* Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries, including experience in budgeting, financial monitoring, and resource allocation for educational programs and events.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish, Portuguese, and French is highly desirable.
