What you'll do:
Be the contact for clients, offering information, assistance, and efficient problem-solving.
Manage quotes, track opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.
Support the sales team with strategic analysis and drive business success.
Keep our CRM up to date with client details and offers.
Collaborate with multiple departments (Production, Logistics, etc.) to meet customer needs.
Follow up on client payments and maintain credit line control.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in customer service and sales support (at leats 3 years).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
