MARKETING MANAGER Teamswell is a high-growth nearshore outsourcing company working for US companies. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance. They manage website development and maintenance, drive user engagement, and gather customer satisfaction data. Additionally, they guide the creation of marketing assets, manage customer communications via social channels, build influencer partnerships, and implement strategies focused on ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV). CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms Manage the implementation of outdoor display advertising, such as posters, banners, billboards, bus ads, etc Track and analyze campaign performance (website traffic, conversions, ROI), adjusting strategies as needed Innovate with A/B testing and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness Oversee the development of company websites, provide content updates and ensure functionality, SEO, and user engagement Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials (videos, photos, graphics) and ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery Supervise email marketing campaigns, reviewing performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggesting optimizations Manage the Social Media Manager to create organic campaigns that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive conversions Conduct audience research and post-event surveys to refine marketing efforts and improve guest experience Stay current with digital marketing trends, incorporating new tools, technologies (e.g., AI, interactive features), and best practices into campaigns REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum three years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing Proficiency with digital tools (GSuite, Slack, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp) and CMS platforms.
