Job Summary
The Product Lifecycle Supervisor – Maternity Cover is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle for the site, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. This includes the redaction of Periodic Product Review (PPR) reports, site-wide review of change controls, oversight of stability programs, and management of complaints for the site.
This role involves identifying areas of product improvement, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement necessary changes, and simplifying processes where possible.
Main Responsibilities:
* Fully compliant with quality system and procedures for PPR or product periodic trends in accordance with global Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the site and within the EUxBU organization for the decided processes.
* Compile PPRs or product periodic trends in line with established timelines, incorporating data elements into reports as per schedules/plans.
* Retrive data from Veeva Quality Management System (QMS) and/or communicate with pertinent site groups for investigations, CAPA, and trending records related to raw materials, excipients, packaging components, finished products, and stability.
* Retrive data from SAP and/or communicate with pertinent site groups to determine batches manufactured, packaged, or released during the annual review period, along with associated active and inactive ingredients utilized in production processes.
* Elevate any issues that may hinder timely completion of PPRs or product periodic trends while meeting regulatory expectations and internal requirements.
* Provide comprehensive assessment of PPR or product periodic trends data elements and offer recommendations when gaps or trends are identified; perform data trending where applicable.
* Perform peer review of PPRs or product periodic trends written by other Quality Technical Writers.
* Identify out-of-trend issues (lower Process Capability, etc.) with products, facilitating investigation and resolution with relevant functions (Technical, Stability, Production, Compliance, QA Operations, QS, and QC department).
* Maintain and archive PPR reports or product periodic trends and supporting documentation in VQDocs.
* Raise deviations and CAPAs if technical gaps observed during PPR or product periodic trends analysis.
* Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, Quality, and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.
* Ensure Environment, Health, and Safety policy compliance, guidelines, and requirements applicable by law and global Guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
* B. Pharm, Pharm D., or MSc (Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology) or equivalent experience in equivalent roles in Pharma or Food Industry.
* Good influential skills, quick decision-making, and clear communication.
* English and/or other language will be a plus.
* Project management skills and operational quality experience will be advantageous.
