Perform systematic E2E system integration and verification of software in lab and field test network before customer delivery and software upgrade for 2G/4G/5G/SRAN Radio.
The main responsibilities are:
* Provide E2E high-level Technical Support for 2G/4G/5G/SRAN technologies to Internal and external customers in Italy;
* Perform maintenance SW delivery Testing, Release Testing and Software Upgrades in customers Lab and Field Test Network
* Provide technical training on a needed basis;
* Define test cases and test descriptions for specified features and software releases;
* Support the Lab Engineers in Maintaining 2G/4G/5G/SRAN network;
* Provide feedback and share experience to develop tools and processes to enhance team efficiency
* At least 3-5 year’s experience with Nokia Radio product eNB in commissioning, integration, software upgrade and on-site technical support
* Experience on 2G/4G/5G/SRAN
* Good practical experience and knowledge of standards & tools for interfaces with RAN products
* Experience and knowledge in Virtualizations concept of the Server and its related SW, is a plus
* Logical approach to problem-solving
* Experience in processes and tools related to testing, reporting, troubleshooting, scheduling
* Interpersonal/communication skills
* Readiness to Travel up to 50%
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written
