Customer Service Support Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Support Manager to join our team in Verona, Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international customers and designing structured support processes to deliver best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
* Collaborate with the Head of Client Support and Global Account Management Director to provide continuous improvement and best-level support to key customers
* Analyze customer usage of Creactives solutions to understand adoption and satisfaction levels, suggesting improvements to increase adoption
* Monitor and improve Application Maintenance Processes according to ITIL best practices
* Develop and implement problem management and service improvement plans to achieve operational objectives
* Implement recent and efficient best practices in IT application support (ITIL) to support Creactives cloud Saa S solutions
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in IT application support management and application maintenance
* Graduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
* Full English fluency and additional languages such as German, French, and Spanish are an asset
