Role Overview:
As a Strategic Sales & Marketing Support Intern, you will play a pivotal role in executing a global initiative to conduct and elevate high-quality digital lead generation. In this role, you will curate targeted profiles, actively nurture relationships, and reinforce Unox Casa’s brand presence in the luxury residential market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Research: Conduct extensive and continuous screening of relevant accounts in the ultra-luxury market, focusing on:
2. High-end residential clients in the luxury sector.
3. Design and architecture professionals such as interior designers and real estate developers.
4. Italian professionals abroad with high-profile backgrounds, with a later expansion to a broader audience to maximise reach.
5. Lead Development: Curate a weekly list of high-quality leads aligned with our goals in the luxury market.
6. Engagement Protocol: Develop and implement a strategic engagement protocol to organically build relationships and strengthen brand positioning. This includes:
7. Direct messaging and strategically placed comments on relevant posts.
8. Initiating organic interactions to establish authentic connections with target audiences.
9. Lead Management and CRM: Manage leads generated from social media advertising campaigns, utilising the Salesforce CRM platform to track, organise, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
10. Follow-up Calls: Conduct targeted calls to high-potential leads identified through screening and social media campaigns. Engage prospects, introduce Unox Casa’s brand and offerings, and initiate meaningful conversations that could lead to long-term relationships.
Qualifications
1. Currently enrolled in a university program.
2. Passion for digital marketing and the luxury sector.
3. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and refine lead-generation strategies.
4. Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
5. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and social media advertising is preferred.
6. Ability to engage high-profile clients in a professional, persuasive manner.
