FIELD MANAGER AFTERSALES AUTOMOTIVE
QJ Motor, a renowned Chinese brand in the two-wheel sector, is booming on the Italian market. Recognized for our dynamism and innovation, we are looking for an Aftersales Field Manager to join our team and actively contribute to the growth of the brand in Italy.
The figure will have the task of ensuring excellence in after-sales operations, supporting and monitoring the performance of the dealer network and assistance centers, with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and business results.
Main responsibilities
• Management of the assistance network: monitoring dealer performance in terms of service quality, customer satisfaction and sales objectives of after-sales services (maintenance, spare parts, service contracts).
• Operational support: analysis of processes and definition of strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of service in assistance centers.
• Training and development: organization and implementation of training programs for dealers' technical and administrative staff.
• Data analysis: monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to post-sales, with regular reporting and proposals for action to achieve company objectives.
• Relationship management: interface between the dealer network and the company, promoting effective communication and optimal collaboration.
Requirements
• Experience: at least 10 years in similar roles in the automotive sector.
• Technical knowledge: excellent knowledge of mechanics/electronics and diagnosis applied to the motorcycle, of after-sales processes and management of the assistance network.
• Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data, with advanced use of tools such as Excel or specific management software.
• Relational skills: excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners.
• Availability to travel: the role requires travel within the assigned territory.
• Languages: good knowledge of English mandatory
