We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every team member feels respected, empowered, and recognized.What You Can Expect:Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events, including virtual, physical, or hybrid formats, as well as sales marketing meetings and congresses.Understand the events environment and possess the skills to organize events from start to finish, including budget preparation, research, and post-event analysis.Support the design, facilitation, and implementation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals.How You'll Create Impact:Organize and participate in developing meeting goals under MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet compliance.Assist in planning for events and booth development at congresses.Prepare preliminary, working, and final budgets.Negotiate contracts with hotels, conference centers, vendors, and service providers.Manage technology vendors for digital events, ensuring expectations are met.Execute on-site event activities focused on the customer experience.Ensure event outcomes align with corporate goals and objectives.Develop event materials, manage logistics such as FB, schedules, housing, and registration.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, including senior management and healthcare professionals.Handle post-event activities like invoicing, expense analysis, and success reporting.Work directly with educators, delegates, and marketing teams to implement event plans.Administer engagement and financial processes using Medispend and Hive9 systems.Ensure participant registration and approval via CVENT.Conduct learning needs analyses and evaluate instructional effectiveness.Maintain effective communication with project teams and subject matter experts.What Makes You Stand Out:Degree in commercial education, or equivalent experience in meeting and congress planning.3-5 years’ experience in event planning within the industry.Proficiency with relevant software tools.Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.Your Background:Strong communication skills in English.Excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills.Customer service orientation and team management.Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively.Successful track record in education management roles.Knowledge of medical products (hips, knees, extremities, etc.) is a plus.Travel Expectations:30+%EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
