Support the General Management in the strategy for business growth (new opportunities, new products) in order to increase turnover and profitability; Develop and manage the commercial policy of the Business Unit by defining prices, sales conditions and relationships with customers; Know the regulatory aspects related to certifications and the limits/requirements to guarantee the safety of the products sold; Define annual plans for the development of products and markets, also developing multi-year projections; Responsible for respecting the contribution margin of the products; Transfer customer needs to the technical office for product definition and support the purchasing office for supplier selection.
