The Project Post Order Coordinator manage and monitor all the Post Order activities (expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned project/s, to ensure the achievement of the defined results in terms of schedule, quality and budget. He/She directly reports to the responsible of the Post Order Management and to the Project Procurement Manager, once assigned to a Project. Key Activities and Responsibilities : responsible for the integrated management of the Post Order-related activities (i.e. expediting, inspection and logistics) for the assigned projects, ensuring the compliance with contractual requirements in terms of time, costs and quality, following Project Procurement Manager/Director instructions; responsible for planning and monitoring post order activities on the project, in close coordination with the Project Procurement Manager; POC is involved also in the Pre-Order activities providing his knowledge of the Contractual requirements and participating in the final negotiation with SUPPLIERS for discussion / clarifications on the ITP standard and Vendor Document List; main interface with the Inspection & Expediting Department for the follow-up of the supplies and with the Logistic Department for the material shipment at Site; submit and discuss with the Final Client the outcome of the expediting and inspection reports issued for the supplies. Personal Attributes : degree in engineering discipline; Work experience: at least 5 years gained in engineering companies in a similar role; fluency in English; availability to travel for short and long period.
