Job Description: Windows LAB Device Management Specialist Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage, maintain, and operate Windows LAB devices, ensuring they meet organizational needs and drive workplace system improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and a proven ability to troubleshoot, support, and enhance LAB environments. Key Responsibilities: LAB Device Management: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of LAB devices. Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the LAB environment. Troubleshooting and RCA: Investigate issues with LAB machines and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve technical challenges. Project Participation: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in LAB device-related projects. Provide technical support and actively contribute to testing activities. Technical Expertise and Consultation: Offer expert-level technical advice and support for LAB device operations and improvements. Documentation: Create and update knowledge base articles (KBs), working instructions, and operational documentation for LAB devices. Testing and Implementation: Participate in device testing and assist in production implementations within the LAB. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining Windows LAB devices. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to conduct in-depth root cause analysis. Experience contributing to system improvement projects as a technical expert. Proficiency in creating technical documentation and operational guidelines. Familiarity with testing and production deployment processes in LAB environments.
