Analyst - Cyber Security The Analyst – Cyber Security is responsible for providing technical and operational support to the Organisation’s cyber security team. This includes monitoring, analysing, and responding to threats in a timely manner, as well as developing strategies that will help protect our systems from potential attacks or breaches. Responsibilities: Monitors network traffic using various tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, etc., to identify any suspicious activity and take appropriate action. Analyses system logs on a regular basis looking out for anomalies which could indicate malicious activities. Develops policies and procedures related to information security management including access control measures. Researches new technologies and trends in the cybersecurity field with an aim of improving existing processes within the company's IT infrastructure. Assists other departments by educating them about best practices regarding data protection and privacy laws compliance requirements. Responds quickly during incidents involving unauthorized use of computer resources or breach attempts into corporate networks while maintaining confidentiality at all times. J-18808-Ljbffr
