We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join us as ASME (AIS) Senior Coordinator, a role that combines inspection activities with strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in ASME inspections, with a focus on service coordination and development, and will continue to perform inspections as AI/AIS Inspector. This position is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while playing a pivotal role in the development of our Business Unit.

Main Responsibilities
Develop a client base of ASME certificate holders and related pressure equipment services.
Supervise inspection, audit, and verification activities for ASME certifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Supervise Joint Reviews and collaborate with colleagues from TÜV Rheinland offices worldwide.
Train and supervise personnel dedicated to ASME services.
Coordinate and maintain constant communication with Authorized Inspectors and the AIA.
Identify growth opportunities and propose solutions to meet market needs.
Stay up to date with ASME regulations and implement company procedures to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Valid ASME Commission Card for the ASME SUPERVISOR (AIS) role.
Proven experience managing ASME related projects.
In-depth knowledge of ASME codes and standards.
NDE Level II certifications according to UNI EN ISO 9712:2022 (RT, PT, VT, MT).
Solid understanding of welding processes and their normative and certification requirements (WPS, PQR, WPQ).
Ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions.
Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and Italian, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
IWE or IWT diploma.
Experience with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).
Familiarity with other pressure equipment certification schemes (e.g., MOM, DOSH, IBR, MHLW).
