The Technical Transfer Project Manager will work in a multicultural environment, interacting with clients globally, standardizing internal processes, proposing innovative ideas, participating in internal multi-functional alignment, coordinating technology transfer documentation preparation, and improving technology transfer acceleration.
The candidate will be involved in a mentoring program with senior project managers to support the effective management of strategic projects for the site.

Specific Assignments/Primary Activities:
Documentation
* Ensure that change controls and technology transfer documents are led according to project timelines.
* Interact with all internal functions involved and collect the relevant impacts.
RDA and Material Management:
* Initiate and track material purchasing process.
Internal Support and Client Relations:
* Provide support (when needed) to manufacturing activities, monitoring production on the manufacturing floor in accordance with the manufacturing shifts.
GMP:
* Ensure cGMP is applied in work area and aligns with cGMP in all areas of the relevant business, as required.
Project Management:
* Support in or direct coordination and control of the project progress, maintain continuous contact with clients, identify and troubleshoot technical problems supported by specialists of involved functions.
Job Scope:
* Learn from variable situations requiring analytical, interpretive, evaluative, and/or constructive thinking.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
* Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent (depending on country) in a scientific/pharmaceutical area (FCT, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or in engineering.
Technical Skills:
* Pharmaceutical techniques and production or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
* Typically requires at least one year of previous related experience and a general knowledge of pharmaceutical expertise.
* Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
* Experience with sterile manufacturing is preferred.
Languages:
* English + local languages: Advanced written and oral communication skills.
Personality Traits:
* Interpersonal skills.
* Analytical abilities with detail orientation.
* Ability to work and guide a team as well as independently.
Commercial business orientation is a plus.
