Candidate Location: Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua
Salary: $1,200 + Commission
Job Summary:
Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Build relationships with prospects through methods such as calling, emailing, and social media to identify new business opportunities, establish connections, and drive growth.
* Aggressively identify and qualify opportunities.
* Nurture early-phase opportunities to develop future pipeline potential.
* Generate business and achieve sales quotas through prospecting activities and meeting sales goals.
* Maintain accurate records of business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.
* Cold call, prospect, and convert calls into actual sales activities with a proven record in lead generation.
* Proactively build a book of business using various lead-generation methods.
* Demonstrate computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with the internet.
* Knowledge of IT services or professional services is a plus.
Work Experience:
* At least 2 years of recent Sales Development experience with a proven track record.
* Demonstrated job tenure and commitment in previous roles.
Language Proficiency:
* Excellent written and spoken English; native or near-native proficiency preferred.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.
* Formal training, certifications, or technology support experience is strongly preferred.
