Social network you want to login/join with: As HR Generalist, you will support our HR team in Italy and report to the HR Manager, EU in pursuit of our strategic HR objectives. You will also coordinate the operation of HR systems & processes and execute assigned tasks & projects. You will be based at our plant in Italy - Ancarano (TE) Type of contract: Fixed term contract for 6 months (maternity leave coverage) Tasks: HR Administration by preparing and maintaining employment contracts and other employee documentation as well as periodical and special purpose HR reports (e.g. headcount, recruitment, statistics etc.) Check personnel-related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain files and records of a confidential nature, and prepare periodic standardized reports. Assist with the administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements. Proactively identify possibilities to improve the workplace environment, HR services, products, or processes. Communication by preparing HR-related internal announcements, HR information briefs, translating employee communication, proofreading HR-related communications, and counseling managers on labor-related issues. Training & Development Process by tracking and documenting employee training & development activities, plus coordinating/organizing training & development activities. Management of digital employee data archive. Qualifications What we expect from you - Your Expertise: Bachelor’s Degree combined with a strong enterprising spirit and a sense of cultural empathy to effectively cooperate with people. Previous work experience of 2 years in HR-related roles. Strong communication and presentation skills in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with experience of planning a range of tasks effectively for daily operational needs and HR improvement actions. High accuracy and strong attention to detail when working with figures and finance. Good people management, influencing, and relationship-building skills. Ability to perform well in various situations and handle multiple key tasks simultaneously. High level of accuracy, good time-management, and priority-setting skills are important. High-energy, flexible mindset and enthusiastic work approach to develop business in challenging conditions. Strong interest and drive to identify/build and meet business needs, plus cultural empathy and a team-player attitude to operate in a complex multinational matrix organization.
