Position
We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative withinthe Sales department, focusing on lead generation and qualification. This roleinvolves 100% outbound activities, requiring active research and scouting usingall available tools, primarily LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will be activelyinvolved in cold calling and qualification calls. Once leads are qualified,they will be handed over to Sales Executives, with close collaborationthroughout. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to participatein meetings with sales teams and prospective clients.
This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protectedcategory according to L68/99.
You could be the perfect candidate if you have
* at least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
* a hunter mindset, experienced in building relationships with customers
* active listening skills, able to start and manage a lively conversation with excellent communication and presentation skills
* the ability to work both, independently and as part of an international team
* a solution-oriented attitude, with high self-motivation and dedication
* a willingness to learn and challenge yourself every day to grow in a fast-paced environment
* the drive to facilitate effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales to create new business opportunities
* fluent Italian and English language skills, proficiency in other European language would be a strong plus
* Interest in transitioning to roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Manager, or B2B Marketing Specialist in the future
