About the Role :
The Integrated Communication Specialist assists in implementing and managing digital marketing
campaigns based on the strategies and plans defined by the Brand Positioning & Communication
team.
He/she contributes to the creation of high-quality promotional materials, optimizes digital
campaign execution, and monitors performance across various channels in alignment with marketing brand campaigns. Additionally, he/she supports SEO execution and social media management.
Based on the marketing plan, he/she helps execute communication activities to enhance the visibility of company and brand projects among both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Supports the development of marketing promotional materials based on marketing brand
* campaigns, adapting them to the specific requirements of each channel.
* Ensures that the developed promotional materials are of high quality, effectively and
* efficiently conveying the intended messages.
* Based on the marketing plan defined by Brand Positioning & Communication, helps in
* implementing and monitoring digital campaigns across various channels, optimizing
* execution for maximum effectiveness.
* Carries out data-driven analyses of digital campaigns to optimize effectiveness and meet brand objectives, in accordance with the Brand Positioning & Communication team.
* Tracks and reports campaign performance using analytics tools.
* Supports SEO execution based on predefined content strategies, assisting with website optimization activities.
* Supports the Brand Positioning & Communication team in cross-functional activities related to social media properties and websites for Primary Care Brands, including domain and hosting management.
* Assists in the implementation of communication activities to enhance the visibility of company and brand projects to both internal and external stakeholders, based on plans approved by the Head of Marketing & Trade.
* Proactively interacts with Drug Safety in reporting suspected adverse reactions;
* Supports compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in all digital marketing activities;
* Knows the legal, deontological and business rules that govern the activities for which they are responsible, and act in accordance with them;
Required Skills
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics or scientific disciplines;
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/life-science sector;
* At least 2 years of extensive work experience within a digital / marketing department;
Preferred Skills:
* Fluent English and good knowledge of major IT tools and applications;
* Excellent knowledge of social media, content marketing, online advertising tools, and data analysis;
* Interest in following new trends in e-commerce, technology, and digital marketing in general;
* In-depth knowledge of individual social channels and best practices for building and monitoring their performance;
* Knowledge of the main productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
