REQUISITI
JOB DESCRIPTION
The candidate, reporting directly to the Head of the AFC department, will be responsible for:
1. Managing daily administrative and accounting activities.
2. Overseeing the entire accounts payable cycle: recording supplier invoices, reconciling payments, and balancing supplier accounts.
3. Managing the entire accounts receivable cycle: issuing invoices, reconciling collections, and balancing customer accounts.
4. Recording general ledger transactions (banks, credit cards, expense reports, etc.).
5. Preparing all monthly and annual tax filings, liaising with accountants and external consultants (VAT, withholding taxes, etc.).
6. Supporting monthly closings and assisting in the preparation of the pre-tax financial statements.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Diploma in accounting or a degree in economics/finance.
2. Previous experience in a similar role within mid-to-large-sized companies or auditing firms.
3. Excellent command of Excel.
4. Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
5. Good written and spoken English proficiency.
6. Strong analytical mindset, proactivity, result-oriented approach, and problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of SAP ERP software will be considered a plus.
