We’re hiring a Territory Manager, Field Sales at SumUp!

Are you a hands-on sales leader ready to build markets from scratch, sell on the ground, and scale high-performing teams? At SumUp, we’re empowering small merchants across Europe — and we’re looking for entrepreneurial Territory Managers to join the ride.
What you’ll do:
1. Sell first – Hit the streets to understand the market, pitch SumUp’s POS & card readers, and close deals
2. Build a freelance sales force – Recruit & lead 10 - 15 self-employed commission based Field Sales Reps
3. Scale fast – Expand across multiple cities & regions, not just one territory
4. Coach & lead – Drive team performance, activity, and conversion rates
5. Act like a founder – Be the local expert and partner cross-functionally with HQ
What we’re looking for:
1. A proven field sales closer
2. Experience recruiting & leading freelance or commission-based sales teams
3. Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and ready to hustle
4. Strong understanding of SME needs and local markets
5. Motivated by targets & performance
6. Comfortable with using sales tools and data-driven mindset
