We are looking for a Regional Center Industrialization Manager.
JOB SCOPE:
1. Industrialize products and projects from prototype, serial to maintenance phases.
2. Ensure data, tools and components are always available for production and repairs all along the life cycle.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Define and deploy Regional Center industrialization roadmap.
2. Deploy Signaling industrialization processes (for products and projects) and DFM rules.
3. Manage industrial Q, C, D of generic products managed on Regional Centers during all life cycle.
4. Develop industrial means for product & project manufacturing and test with EHS mind-set.
5. Ensure application of Signaling Métier standards (tools, processes, specification).
6. Deploy Signaling industrial requirements internally and with subcontractors.
7. Contribute to Regional Center industrial activity productivity plan.
8. Take part to Signaling industrialization network.
9. Ensure APSYS deployment and maturity development.
10. Manage and develop team competencies.
11. Spread best environmental and EHS practices in the team.
12. Manage directly: Industrialization Métier team: industrial data & tools, technical subcontractors interface, industrial methods, testing team, co-engineering; Product Industrial Managers.
