To strengthen our Immunology Rheuma Bone department, we are seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Product Specialist Rheuma Bone – Puglia, Italy.
About The Role:
We are looking for someone who can identify and cultivate meaningful partnerships with influential figures in the scientific community to create new avenues for patient benefit. Additionally, you will promote UCB's products to relevant stakeholders within the designated territory of Puglia.
You will work closely with several teams, including MSLs, Area Leads, Market Access, and key external stakeholders, to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and drive UCB activities on your territory and coordinate with the local field team
* Implement and deliver solutions to the relevant ecosystem/stakeholders
* Collect and share insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactive solutions to be implemented
* Engage non-clinical stakeholders in selected accounts to facilitate access for UCB products
* Be responsible for updating and filling the Orbit platform for reporting purposes
* Build relationships with healthcare professionals and healthcare structures for Pharmaceutical Scientific Information
* Execute the activity plan in your territory accounts while respecting laws, ethics, and compliance governing pharma professionals
What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Italian and English: good level in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding
* Ideal location: Lecce, Brindisi, or Taranto to facilitate efficient travel and ensure comprehensive coverage of the region
* Recognize opportunities and challenges within medical, scientific, and therapeutic domains, proposing suitable improvements
* Contribute to and take responsibility for patient solution development and implementation
* Analyze changes and trends in health ecosystems, policy, and legislation identifying new developments that optimize patient access
* Consider the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions, and organizing activities
* Understand the internal organization and communicate effectively across the internal matrix
* Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them and consider patient value when making resource decisions
* C coordinate and synthesize thinking around innovative solutions
* Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving circumstances
