We Appreciate In Our Employees At least 18 months of experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment, including 12 months in Assistant Store Management. Strong team leadership, analysis, literacy, and advanced verbal communication skills. Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, training skills, and team development. Ability to maintain store processes and rules to ensure a seamless shopping experience, leading the team and replenishment. Professional handling of interpersonal situations within the store team, understanding store needs and acting accordingly. Background in KPIs and strong analysis skills to maximize store profitability; goal and process-oriented. Proficiency in English, good knowledge of MS Office, and ability to monitor performance data and KPIs, initiating improvements as needed.
