Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily kitchen operations, including in-room dining, bar, and events.
* Select, manage, and develop a talented culinary team.
* Plan and develop menus, control food costs, and ensure effective inventory management.
* Sustain high-quality products and services while maximizing financial performance.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Executive Chef in luxury hotels, with expertise in Italian and international cuisine.
* Strong management skills and knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP).
* Excellent English language proficiency and a passion for customer satisfaction.
