Responsibility
Order management from the Confirmation of the order until the final acceptance test (Warranty start)
Job duties
* Defines project purpose and goals;
* Ensures continuous and proper update of project status (internally and externally);
* Develops and tracks the project budget;
* Ensures compliance with project timelines;
* Manages relationships with clients and project stakeholders in autonomy, while developing an effective communication plan to identify and resolve any critical project issues;
* Prepares project reports for internal and external use by the PM department;
* Coordinates the development, release, and distribution of required technical documentation;
* Coordinates technical and administrative activities at the site of the client until final acceptance test (SAT);
Studies - Training Courses
* Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Mechanical);
* Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II is a plus.
Technical Skills
* Use of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK or Prince II);
* Cost/Bdg Management;
* Planning;
* Risk Analysis;
* Coordination of multi-disciplinary teams;
* MS Office package (especially Word, Power Point, Excel);
* Microsoft Project.
* Knowledge of LEAN principles;
* Reading technical drawing using two- to three-dimensional company software.
