If that is for you, we want to hear from you Your Role In BizAway People Strategy and Compliance Partner with the company founders to define the short and mid-term people strategy for BizAway. Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect best practices and the evolving needs of the organization. Optimize Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Develop and implement a streamlined hiring process that attracts top talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Enhance employer branding by promoting BizAway. Enhance Employee Retention and Engagement Design and execute programs aimed at improving employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction. Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and implement action plans based on insights. Performance Management and Development Establish a robust performance management framework that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives. Implement leadership development programs to nurture internal talent. Data-Driven People Metrics Establish a people analytic dashboard consisting of key metrics driving data-informed decision-making. Monitor turnover rates, employee satisfaction scores, and other relevant metrics. Culture and Values Champion Promote the organization’s purpose and values throughout all HR initiatives. Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture. Support for Scaling Operations Align HR strategies with business objectives to support the scaling of operations. Implement scalable HR solutions that enhance efficiency. Employee Relations and Support Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, guiding employee relations matters. Ensure that employees have access to resources and support related to people policies. Leadership and Team Development Facilitate leadership training and development initiatives. Encourage collaboration among teams to build a cohesive workforce. Your Basic Qualifications Proven experience in building out an HR function in a scale-up digital business. Strong capacity to build and lead an effective talent acquisition team. Strong people management and team collaboration skills. Proactive and reliable approach, with excellent organizational skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in People Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite. We are also interested in Experience in a sustainability-related field and performing ESG due diligence. Experience with Labour Laws, compensation, and benefits strategies. Commercial focus and mindset. Ability to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment. Strong English level, verbal and written. Any other European language will be considered a plus.
