HR GeneralistPurpose of RoleWe are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Generalist to undertake a variety of HR hard soft duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees' records and supporting the interview process. Your role also involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.The ideal candidate should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister compensation and benefit plansAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesConduct employee onboarding and help organize training development initiativesProvide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesUndertake tasks around performance managementGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formMaintain HR ERP in line with the organization of the school and ISP guidelinesEnhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesEnsure compliance with labour regulationsSkills, Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience as an HR staffUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labour lawsStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e.g. Workday)Experience of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skillsBSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plusISP Commitment to Safeguarding PrinciplesISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
