IT Manager
We’re hiring an IT Manager to lead and maintain a diverse and mission-critical infrastructure supporting a leading music tech company.
The role focuses on network architecture, server administration, infrastructure scalability, and system reliability. You’ll coordinate a team of four IT specialists and be responsible for both day-to-day operations and long-term improvements across internal and external systems.
Most of our infrastructure is Linux-based and custom-built, but we are actively evaluating options for modernization, including a potential move towards Microsoft or other commercial platforms. Experience with Linux remains essential, but exposure to other ecosystems is highly appreciated.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead IT operations and a team of 4 people
• Maintain and evolve on-prem and cloud-based Linux server environments
• Manage internal network (WiFi, VPN, routing, access control, security)
• Supervise systems tied to production, logistics, ERP, and BI
• Ensure uptime and security of external services (site, shop, user systems)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, interface with vendors
• Propose and implement architectural improvements for performance and maintainability
• Oversee internal web application projects and coordinate the development team
• Document and enforce IT policies and processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience in infrastructure management in Linux-based environments
• Strong networking fundamentals (firewalling, VPNs, routing, segmentation)
• Solid background in virtualization and systems monitoring
• Team leadership experience and cross-departmental communication skills
• Familiarity with legacy systems and structured modernization processes
• Bonus: experience with Microsoft/Windows Server or other enterprise-grade systems
You’ll be working in a complex and highly customized environment where stability, scalability and security are key. If you enjoy modernizing infrastructure while keeping critical systems running — and want to help shape the next evolution of our IT — we’d love to talk.
