Align order flow with back office.Key ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible to manage all commercial aspects of our online stores and assume ahigh level of personal responsibility for sales targets, planning of country-specific productportfolios and ensuring the availability of goods to achieve the high growth targets. You will coordinate the activities on performance marketing and optimizing the relevantKPIsYou develop digital marketing and sales activities for customer acquisition and activationtogether with the team and external partners You analyze the customer journey in the store and derive appropriate strategies andmeasures to create personalized shopping experiences for our customers. For a positiveuser experience for our customers, you proactively and continuously improve the designand usability (UX and UI) You identify potentials and trends for the optimization and further development of onlinechannels, which you purposefully drive forward. You analyze and optimize the on-siteSearch as well as the product placementyou monitor with a critical eye and define our business KPIs with a focus on traffic andconversion goals and contribute new ideas.You’ll play a pivotal role in all the S&OP processes for the Eshop stock availability You will interface between IT, Marketing, and Sales, coordinate with our external partners,service providers and agencies, and work closely with internal departments.
