MISSION We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Pricing Specialist to shape and optimize pricing strategies across all regional markets. This role will play a key part in driving profitability and market competitiveness by collaborating closely with HQ, local markets, and importers. The ideal candidate will ensure pricing excellence through in-depth market analysis and strategic positioning, contributing directly to the commercial success and growth of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Design and implement effective pricing strategies across all regional markets to support business objectives and market positioning. Partner with HQ, local markets, and importers to guarantee precise, competitive, and market-aligned pricing structures. Perform in-depth market and pricing analyses to ensure correct visual positioning and necessary price adjustments. Develop and maintain forecasts for option take rates, monitoring trends and deviations throughout the fiscal year. Define pricing for new model launches, model year updates (MY), and any related product enhancements. Execute product repositioning strategies in specific markets when visual pricing or market alignment requires correction. Coordinate and lead the monthly Pricing Committee, aligning with market stakeholders and HQ to review performance and strategic initiatives. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of proven experience in pricing, market analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the automotive industry or a related sector. Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets. Solid problem-solving skills and a track record of making data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, BI tools). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment. Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
