We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team in Italy as part of a multinational industrial sector company. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for major accounts in Italy, incorporating them into the Sales Plan for the corresponding sector
* Visit end-user customers regularly, adhering to the commercial policy of the company
* Attract new clients in the industrial sector through marketing activities
* Support the customer service department to achieve optimal sales results
* Monitor and control contract terms between the company and its customers
* Provide technical consultation via telephone or email
* Prepare commercial offers and conduct product demos at the company and customer sites
* Compile reports for decision-making, track unpaid invoices, changes in commercial conditions, and delivery deadlines
* Participate actively in trade fairs where the company is an exhibitor or visitor
* Manage, control, and analyze sales in collaboration with the Sales Team Manager, Accounting Manager, and Managing Director
* Address client claims requiring commercial support, guiding them through the resolution process
* Maintain accurate customer information within the sales team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in managing accounts in the fasteners sector
* Experience in negotiation with Central and Purchase Groups
* Residence in the Novara area
* Frequent travel, including overnight stays, is required
