* Lead the weekly maintenance planning meeting.
* Manage the resource schedule and verify accuracy.
* Organize workflow and assign resources by craft to each job.
* Monitor, track, and update work orders in our work order tracking dashboard.
* Manage and improve maintenance backlog.
* Lead the rescheduling of jobs that are ‘not completed’ and jobs that ‘did not make it on the schedule’.
* Lead data collection for maintenance scorecard via KPIs.

You will bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Five years of maintenance experience.
* Some mechanical or electrical experience.
* PC skills (Word, databases, Excel, and other software programs).
* SAP system experience/knowledge in work order and preventive maintenance.
* Availability to work overtime or shifts as required.
* Interpersonal skills to manage proactive communication between different services (production, maintenance, external companies).
