Job Title: Packaging and Refurbishment Specialist
Location: Lititz, PA
Pay range: $18-20
Shift: 1st
Position Responsibilities:
* Ensures products meet specification, ability to read and comprehend work/process instructions, data sheets, photos, prints, diagrams, and standard measurements with high attention to detail.
* Selects proper packaging materials, cuts, and applies material in appropriate dimensions.
* Seals packaging utilizing the correct material and heat sealing equipment.
* Understand general operating methods or procedures concerning cleaning, priming, paint touch-up and re-painting, as well as serving as final manufacturing quality check before shipping.
* Understand a step-by-step method to install hardware, safety wire and Safe-T-Cables.
* Utilize correct torquing tools and apply the correct torque technique during assembly.
* Obtain and maintain J-Standard certifications.
* Continuously communicates status of product to group leader or packaging supervisor.
* Utilizes computer to navigate work instructions and company integrated software systems.
* Uses various hand tools and equipment to complete packaging responsibilities.
* Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
* Follows Quality Control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* May occasionally operate industrial forklift to assist in loading or moving materials and product.
* Obtain and maintain Hazardous Material & Dangerous Goods Certification.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to read and comprehend work and process instructions.
