The CRM Operator plays a crucial role in the Global Field Force & Customer Engagement Systems structure. As the subject-matter expert, this individual serves as the point of contact for all users of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level support and guidance to users regarding CRM system functionality and best practices.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM system updates, enhancements, and new features.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of CRM system solutions.
Requirements:
* Reports to the Implementation & Maintenance Coordinator.
* Temporary contract lasting 12 months.
