Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Rang/Team Leader to join our team for the 2025 summer season at Jumeirah Capri Palace. This role involves maintaining professional relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues, as well as overseeing daily operations and leading a team.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Oversee the mise en place and ensure all equipment and materials are used correctly.
* Attend weekly training sessions and implement knowledge shared during these sessions.
* Anticipate guests' needs, taking care of details and customer service while coordinating commis de rang activities.
* Support colleagues in maintaining inventory in compliance with established procedures.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP system rules and regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A minimum of 1-year experience in a luxury hospitality brand is required.
* Proficiency in Italian and fluency in English are mandatory; proficiency in a third language is an added advantage.
* Knowledge of alcohol pairing and taste is essential.
* Food and alcohol handling certifications are necessary.
