Customer Service Specialist
The successful candidate will join our Customer Service team at our Global Headquarters in Piombino Dese, Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sales order fulfilment processes and track related documents, commercial offers, and contracts.
* Coordinate the operative process of sales orders and maintain customer relationships from the Headquarters.
* Support customer communication and facilitate organisational visits/audits at the Headquarters.
* Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to managing the sales forecast for assigned areas.
Requirements:
* Education: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, or Economy.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Fluency in English; a second language is an asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong skills in attention to detail, effective communication, teamwork, and customer-centric mindset.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
