We are looking to hire a System Integration Engineer in Ancona, Italy.
The System Integration Engineer will be accountable for ensuring the seamless interaction of all modules and subsystems within a product defined by the product architects. This involves designing, testing, and implementing the integration of hardware and software components, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the integration of modules.
You will also work in close cooperation with other teams such as engineering disciplines, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure that the final product meets the defined requirements, specifications, and standards.
Hardware or Software competencies?
We are seeking a diverse range of experiences. The System Integration Engineer can have a background in either software or hardware engineering, or even a combination of both. The role of a System Integration Engineer often involves integrating both hardware and software components to ensure they work together seamlessly. Therefore, individuals with expertise in hardware engineering, software engineering, or systems engineering can all be well-suited for this role.

The Systems Integration team is a part of the Development Centre Video Systems (DC video systems). DC video systems are accountable for creating cutting-edge video systems that encompass audio and video capabilities, including software-enabled user interfaces. Some of the recently launched products include the Jabra P50 video bar, P50 VBS video bar, and Jabra SPEAK2 55 & 75.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be:
* Collecting and analyzing requirements for the entire system/product.
* Creating prototype setups to validate certain architectural decisions or to explore new directions in collaboration with product architects.
* Documenting and organizing the requirements to ensure clarity and traceability towards the system/product test plan.
* Tracking changes to requirements and manage the impact of those changes on the system.
* Creating and maintaining system and product specifications to ensure they consistently match the product's design and functionality across its entire life cycle.
* Contribute to the system test strategy to guarantee full test coverage of system and product specifications.
* Collaborating with external partners and internal engineering teams, including product architects, to ensure that the integration requirements are met, and that the final product meets customer expectations.
* Participating in design reviews and providing input on integration considerations
* Review testing and validation of subsystems to ensure compatibility and functionality.
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders to clarify and validate requirements, and to address any conflicts or inconsistencies.
* Supporting manufacturing and production teams in implementing integrated systems.
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to system integration.

* Robust technical expertise in one or more of the following areas is essential: real-time hardware, software, audio, video, or their interfaces.
* Having knowledge of artificial intelligence in products is preferred.
