Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager with a strong commercial orientation to lead our company forward. As the head of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our long-term vision, mission, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Continuously verify, monitor, and adjust our industrial plan to ensure it remains active and updated in response to external factors.
* Manage company functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, ensuring alignment with growth and performance objectives.
* Create and optimize the commercial strategy, with a particular focus on acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
* Support and enhance sales activities through the adoption of new technologies, innovative sales approaches, and effective resource management.
* Promote a corporate culture focused on results, innovation, and the continuous professional growth of the team.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the products and services offered.
* Continuously monitor and analyze business KPIs, including revenue, margins, and business growth, to adjust operational strategy in a timely manner.
* Monitor market trends and technological innovations to ensure the company remains competitive and at the forefront of the software industry.
* Evaluate acquisition or strategic partnership opportunities to accelerate growth.
The Ideal Candidate
