About the Role: You will be responsible for the successful performance of the leisure travel of international customers from the beginning to the end. Working closely with Sales and other internal department stakeholders, you will also be responsible of supplier relationship management, presenting the creation of tailor-made concepts & itineraries to our international customers. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our Sales team and take the lead and manage throughout the execution phase any project, including supervision on-site as needed. In addition, you will oversee all financial matters, ensuring open communication and alignment between key stakeholders, whilst always keeping the most efficient and profitable way in mind. Understand client’s needs and expectations, liaising with sales to ascertain client’s precise requirements. Manage strategy & planning of all activities related to the specific business assigned, including: Select & negotiate appropriate vendors to supply all components of the itinerary/package. Monitor and control services confirmed within given budgets. Oversee all aspects of the execution, handling Sales/Clients enquiries and troubleshooting. Implement and adopt appropriate systems, procedures & measurement tools to ensure excellent service standard and unparalleled customer satisfaction. Schedule business trips and inspection when needed. Contributing to the promotion of the destination and sales and margin growth. Ensuring delivery of excellent quality standard from both land service and hotel suppliers. Bringing right balance of creativity, accuracy and problem solving. Meeting assigned objectives & targets. Travelling up to 20%. To Succeed in this role you should have: Solid evidence of work experience within tourism preferably within a Tour Operator or DMC environment. Excellent knowledge of touristic sights with specific focus on ITALY Proven track of project management, negotiation and analytical skills Fluency in English is essential, any additional language(s) as a plus Excellent project and time management skills Strong planning and execution skills MS Office skills Ability to interact effectively with internal management at all levels Ability to effectively influence at multiple levels with excellent communication skills Team player, team builder, ability to work both in group situations and also as an individual Creative thinking for effective problem resolution Excellent at multitasking and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines What We Offer: Global Brand: Opportunity to work in an international environment.
