The Finance, Administration & HR division of Randstad Professional Leader Search & Selection, specialized in the search and selection of middle, senior & top management profiles, is looking for an: HR MANAGER The resource will perform the following tasks: Experience in international companies; Developing, implementing and maintaining local HR policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing legal and company level compliance; Day-to-day management of Employee Relations issues, maintaining constructive works council and trade union relationships and ensuring compliance with employment legislation, HR Policies & Procedures; Resolution of local site operational issues, including employee negotiations; Overseeing compliance responsibilities and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to local HR practices and global policies; Work in collaboration with relevant parties to ensure cost efficient and reliable payroll operations; Coordinating organisational and restructuring changes in the country in alignment with Business HR.
