Vozitel joined Everfield in 2025. The team is based mainly from Madrid, with colleagues also in Bergamo, Italy.
What you will do
We help companies improve their results and reduce costs by automating processes and simplifying task management. We do this through a Contact Center management platform that utilizes the latest technologies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. In recent months, we have grown steadily and aspire to become one of the leading players in the Contact Center as a Service sector.
We are now looking for a competitive, energetic and motivated individual who will help us with this new challenge. Working in close collaboration and coordination with the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and classifying business opportunities, prospecting target companies, and generating interest in adopting our services.
The ideal candidate will be based either in Bergamo or Milan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically identify and compile high-potential contact lists aligned with target markets.
* Provide support at the top of the sales funnel
* Implement vertical-specific outbound prospecting strategies to identify and engage qualified leads.
* Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a strong sales-oriented mindset.
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute creative solutions.
* Foster a collaborative team environment while prioritizing the needs and success of our customers.
What we are looking for
* At least one year of experience selling B2B services, ideally SaaS
* Proven experience in similar positions
* High motivation and goal-orientation
* Excellent sales and communication skills, able to articulate a discourse on technology products
* Extensive knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRMs
* Professional working proficiency in both written and spoken language of Spanish and English, with Italian as your native language
