Due to their YoY growth, they’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their team as they continue to innovative and expand. With huge growth and development opportunities, you’ll be building and maintaining lasting relationships with their biggest clients in their Italian entity.
Your main objective will be to build and maintain lasting relationships withs clients by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs. As a consequence, your responsibilities will be to:
Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients
Follow up and develop a portfolio of customers by selling new solutions and services
Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals in close collaboration with internals departments
Develop relationships with integrator/vendor partners
Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets
Develop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest level
Participate in client events or trade shows
Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications / customer stories
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
4/5 years of experience in a similar position selling complex hardware and software solutions
Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
Ability to understand clients needs and add value
High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
Good negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
