Purpose of the Position:
The candidate will join the TAX function, within the Administrative Management of Intercompany Relations department, focusing on support for Technical Assistance costs analysis and back charges to Saipem subsidiaries.
Activities:
* Provide support in the monthly analysis of the costs incurred by Saipem Spa for the technical assistance services provided to specific Saipem subsidiaries.
* Prepare requests to the Accounting Department for reallocating costs wrongly booked on intercompany job numbers.
* Respond to queries from subsidiaries and/or other Saipem Spa functions/departments regarding intercompany issues.
* Prepare intercompany invoicing requests to the Clients Department through the SAP Intercompany Module and/or internal communications.
* Calculate quarterly intercompany accruals and prepare supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Economics.
* Knowledge of English language: Proficiency.
* Years of experience: Entry level.
* IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
Soft Skills:
* Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
Priority is given to the inclusion of protected categories.
