MISSION: The person will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and reporting marketing strategies to generate leads across all markets (national and international) following the scoring and ensuring the revenue and profit, managing the assigned budget and ensuring that all marketing materials align with brand identity. Main responsibilities Manage and execute offline initiatives, such as fairs, exhibitions, events and newsletters. Develop and roll out advertising campaigns across different touchpoints, such as TV and OOH. Develop and execute online branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive enrolments across different touchpoints. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content. Support the execution of online marketing campaigns, defining strategy and objectives, implementing schedules, monitoring progresses, solving possible issues, all the way to delivery. Analyze and report on the performance of online campaigns, using data to inform and adjust strategies for optimal results. Control and optimize the online marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts. Work closely with product management team to ensure our value proposition is aligned across paid media channels. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to keep Rome Business School at the forefront of the market. Experience managing online initiatives, including SEM, Social Media, Programmatic, Advertisement Networks, Display, Content, Digital Video. Knowledge of Google Display & Video 360, Adform and Wordpress would be considered a plus. Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results. Ability to successfully navigate/influence in a business environment, manage multiple and simultaneous projects. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change. Ability to make decisions and navigate situations from a business-oriented perspective. Strong analytical skills: able to “read” the numbers, generate insights and turn into actions. Positive attitude and problem solving approach to challenges.
