Role:
Corporate Information Technology Analyst - Internship
The figure inserted in the project team will be responsible for the redefinition of HR processes, system configuration, data collection and validation, definition and development of reports, training and assistance to internal users of the Group.
Activities/Responsibilities :
1. Participates in the collection of business requirements and manages project documentation;
2. Participates in the implementation of IT solutions to support HR processes mainly on: Oracle HCM, Cloud, Zucchetti Infinity;
3. Supports the team in system configurations, approval of deliverables and testing phases;
4. Contributes to the verification of compliance with business requirements of the proposed/implemented solution;
5. Contributes to the preparation of training materials, training activities and user support within the team;
6. Supports in KPI definition activities and in the creation of HR reporting models for the Corporate as well as monitoring activities of the results achieved in terms of costs/benefits.
Requirements:
7. Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics (Preferably a new graduate);
8. Knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
9. Office Package;
10. Knowledge of Oracle HCM is appreciated
