As part of the expansion of its team, FastCode SpA is looking for a Customer Service Representative with SQL experience for a client company based in Modena.
Role Responsibilities:
Handle first and second-level technical support requests.
Analyze and resolve application issues related to the ASP.NET and DevExpress stack.
Provide direct support to end users, delivering effective and timely solutions.
Execute queries, perform data analysis, and provide technical support on SQL Server databases.
Collaborate with the development team to manage complex technical reports.
Prepare technical documentation and intervention reports.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance optimization).
Experience in using and supporting ASP.NET applications (Web Forms and/or MVC).
Familiarity with DevExpress components.
Ability to perform technical analysis on system logs and databases.
Basic knowledge of C# (debugging and code reading).
Basic understanding of networking and connection troubleshooting.
