Company: Synergie Italia Spa, divisione Permanent Bologna, is seeking for an important banking sector client:
Position: BACK OFFICE BANCARIO
The candidate will be part of the banking team and will be responsible for:
1. Administrative back office and middle office for credit institutions
2. Customer and Financial Planner network assistance via telematics
3. Support and consultancy for operational needs/problematic related to current accounts, online deposits
4. Functional assistance on internet tools and corporate banking to the end user
5. Management of clients on electronic payment services
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses:
* A technical diploma in accounting or a degree in Economics and Commerce
* Previous experience in the role is appreciated
* Basic knowledge of banking processes
* Excellent knowledge of main IT applications, especially Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Organizational skills, precision, and motivation for the role complete the profile
Additional Information
Contract: Fixed-term with scope of permanence
Working hours: Full-time (5 days a week on alternating shifts from 08:00 to 22:00, including Saturday)
Workplace: San Lazzaro di Savena (BO)
